东南大学医学院 2013年留学生文化周活动通知

活动背景：东南大学医学院现拥有在校MBBS学生近400人，在不断促进留学生教学质量提高的同时，医学院正全面规划与改革留学生医学教育，树立教学品牌、提升教育品质。在此背景下，医学院拟组织开展丰富多彩的留学生课外活动，本次“文化周”活动的组织，亦旨在为医学院留学生在校期间的学习和生活添上浓墨重彩的一笔。

活动时间：
1、摄影、绘画大赛作品展：5月6日-8日
活动地点：东南大学医学院医林餐厅门口
2、演讲比赛及颁奖：
① 演讲比赛   5月10日晚18：20（18：30至20:00）

活动流程：
一、摄影、绘画大赛：
1、征集作品主题：我心中的南京、我心中的东南
2、作品要求：体现丰富多彩的大学生课外文化生活，反映对大学、对南京这座城市的热爱，记述在南京学习、生活中的乐事、趣事、精彩或难忘的瞬间、经历等，展现留学生积极向上的精神风貌。富有创意、新意、寓意。
3、作品征集：①摄影作品以班级为单位提交，2008年级、2009年每班1块展板，2010年级2块展板，2007年级、2011年级、2012年级每班2-3块展板，每块展板10-15幅照片。 ②截止日期：请于2013年4月28日前交至东南大学医学院基一楼教学办公室秦娟老师（13851797681）处。
4、作品展示：学院统一制作摄影作品展示展板（90*120cm），学生以班为单位布置展板，每人限报一副摄影作品，作品尺寸为8英寸，需命名。绘画作品尺寸、数量不限。各班负责提交作品的登记工作（含作品作者姓名、班级、作品编号）。
上述作品5月6日-10日在东南大学丁家桥校区医林餐厅门口以匿名编号展出。请各位班主任协助组织好分管班级参赛作品的收集、初筛和提交。
5、评选方式：参赛作品将于5月6日-8日组织采用无记名投票的方式进行。
二、演讲比赛：
1、演讲主题：我心中的南京、我心中的东南
2、参赛要求：每位参赛学生演讲时间为5分钟，语言要求为英语和汉语2种语言，其中汉语演讲不少于1/2。
3、参赛选手以班级为单位报名，参赛名额为2007年级、2008年级、2009年级、2010年级每班各2名、2011年级和2012年级每班各3名。参赛作品于4月28日前将参赛学生名单及演讲稿电子版发送至邮箱：mbbs_edu@sina.com。请各位班主任协助组织好分管班级参赛学生的选拨及指导。联系人秦娟（13851797681）
4、评选方式：演讲比赛采用现场评委打分。
三、文艺表演及颁奖：
1、留学生自行组织“异域风格文化展示”等文艺节目3-5个，时间共计30分钟（5月10日晚20：00 至20：30），以2008年级、2009年级、2010年级为主。
2、宣布“摄影、绘画大赛”及“演讲比赛”个人获奖名单，颁发荣誉证书及奖品。同时学院将根据各班级活动组织及参与情况，评选集体奖项。

Call for Entries Subject: my heart Nanjing, southeast of my heart
Works: reflects the a colorful university students extracurricular cultural life, reflecting the love of the University, the city of Nanjing, described in Nanjing learning, life of pleasure, interesting, exciting or memorable moments, experiences, show students a positive mental outlook. Creative, innovative, meaning.
Call for entries: (1) Photography works submitted to the class as a unit, Year 2008, 2009 boards per class, 2010 two panels, the 2007 grade, 2011 grade 2012 grade 2-3 boards per class, each boards 10-15 photographs. (2) Deadline: Please post on April 28, 2013 to Southeast University Medical College-based teaching office on the first floor Qin Juan teacher (13851797681).
4, works display: College made uniform the photography display panels (90 * 120cm), students in class as a unit arranged the panels, each person at a photography work size is 8 inches, to be named.
